So we were actually going to the Olive Garden across the street tonight 3-5-19 for dinner but they had a really long wait so we went across the street to eat here at the Outback. In the end we are all people and we can help put an end to "Caste system" that exists in our country but not really talked about by treating each fairly, respectable, equally and with dignity! Being in the service business is not always easy! Remember that could be you as a waitstaff person, family member or friend of yours. In addition, please ensure you tip your waitstaff even if they are having an off day! Bless them with kindness, if their an issue let management know in a respectful manner. It understandable if you desire a more upscale feel but it the steaks all come from the same company may I suggest you think about giving Outback a try! It can be great on date night, family night or anytime you rather not cook! Let Outback do the cooking for you and clean up after you! If this true by far you get more bang for your buck at Outback! All their steaks are purchased from the same vendor. The prices are reasonable and I learned that the company which owns Flemings, Bone Fish Grille. This location is serves the best Outback sirlion steak with garlic butter! I enjoyed it better than my steak at Capital Grille in Rosemont, IL this past March 2019.

I don’t think we’ll be coming back anytime soon. The manager decided that he could take 7% off of our bill. That’s one of the reasons I liked Outback. I told her that I wanted to talk to the manager and when he came to our table he said the same thing! This is the first time I have ever got a fatty piece of prime rib. As if that would be a sufficient explanation? When I told the waitress that it really had a lot of fat she said, “yeah, our prime rib is pretty fatty”. As I started cutting it, I realized that about half of it was fat! That would have been expected if it was some cheap steak, but it was not cheap at all. Really? Of course I wanted it cooked more! She took it back and came back out 5 minutes later with my steak. I told the waitress that it was supposed to be medium well. When it came out it was entirely bright pink (nothing like the picture in the menu to. Unfortunately, the experience wasn’t as good as I was used to. I was so excited to go to the Outback for dinner.
